Good morning Greg,
I wanted to send you this note as my wife (Theresa) and I truly had a wonderful experience at your dealership this past weekend. Over the last 10-15 years I have purchased many vehicles and even have worked in the automotive industry from a marketing and advertising standpoint and I would have to say that the people, service, attention to detail, and the overall car experience was the best I have ever experienced.
I know our situation was not the best situation for your dealership taking our trade-ins of two high end vehicles (A8 and BMW X5) with over 100k miles. But you, Mark Thompson, and Dan put in the extra time and effort to make sure that we came off your lot with a positive experience.
We are now proud owners of two Hyundai vehicles and will most definitely refer our friends and contacts to your dealership.

Terrific thanks for honoring the warrantry! I used to own a Ford car. I paid extra for their warrantry. However, none of the resulting repairs were ever covered under this warrantry. So, I was dubious about your warrantry. But, there were no problems! Thanks for working so smoothly!
