Dear Mr. Allison:
I leased a 2009 Honda Accord from Rick Case Honda on Thursday, March 19th, 2009 and wanted to send you a letter of appreciation for how well your staff treated me.
Alan Parker, Pam Price and Joe Zingale were beyond accommodating for my needs and made the entire process most enjoyable. As your staff is aware, I had a terrible experience at another dealership and began speaking to Alan, who was upfront, honest and professional with me throughout our negotioation process.
Alan was the consument professional and someone I will continue to refer business to. I told Alan that you can earn a customer for life by treating them right and I feel Alan has earned my business going forward and certainly Rick Case Honda will be on the top of my list.
Pam was also very accommodating and greeted me as soon as I walked in. She also made sure the leasing experience went smoothly and I was taken care of. She too exceeded expectations and made me feel welcome.
Joe made the financing terms, conditions and explanations simply and easy. Prior to even knowing I had already decided to lease the Accord, Joe sat down with me and we had a chance to catch up being we attended school together. It's the personal touch your entire staff showed toward me that makes me truly appreciate my experience with Rick Case Honda and especially Alan, Pam and Joe.
Believe me when I say this experience made me and extremely positive impression on me and my family and I assure you that these three professionals will receive my business and my referrals going forward.
Please commend them on their abilities to make their customers feel welcome and representing Rick Case Honda in such a positive manner.

Howard was outstanding and although busy on this day, took his time and did and an excellent job. He was the only salesperson that actually drove with me during my test drive (I had also visited the Subaru (Forester) and Mitsubishi (Outlander Sport) dealerships that day). Also, your ad, which had brought me to you door, was not misleading (as the other two previously mentioned had been). The personnel at Rick Case Honda is the best. Everyone on staff goes above and beyond what is expected of them. Give them all a raise, Rick and Rita! I LOVE my CRV!!! But I can't afford a new one.....but I love you guys anyway. I come all the way from Mentor to get service at Rick Case. And in a few years, I plan to buy another CRV. (If all goes well). Have a wonderful holiday!

The gentleman that helped me in Service was awesome. I believe his name is Matt. He went above and beyond in helping me and answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. I was going to go to another dealership closer to home, but I'm glad I came back to Rick Case.

Simply the Best Service possible. Mr. Howard Drake was very knowledgeable in explaining all models and features. I was at ease with him, knowing this process could be strenuous at times. He assured me, that all would be fine. I was referred to Mr. Drake by my sister, Connie, who also had nothing but high regards for Mr. Drake. My Loyalty to Rick Case Honda and staff is apparent, and will continue to tell people to accept nothing less, when looking for an automobile. In the same regards, Pam Price was very thorough in explaining every and all details concerning financing options, and available plans. I've been part of the Rick Case Honda family for about 10 years. They have always been courteous with me throughout this time. Some of the employees have been there as long as I have been coming there and they still have the same personalities. I like coming there and feel very comfortable. Plus, I like the coffee and popcorn; and on occasion the cookies.

I had a perfect storm in July that spiraled me into temporary financial disarray. It was by chance that I ran into Craig in Heinen's on Sunday. Althought, we both agree that it was really an act of God. As I sat in my chair and prayed for a favorable financing decision, Craig told me not to dispair. And I believed him. And I walked out with my new Civic LX thanks to him and Joe. I was drawn to your dealership because of the quality of your service department. But, Craig keeps me there despite the last two imperfect leasing transactions. It's because he is determined to find a car solution for his client base that fits one's needs. The service advisor (I believe her name was Jennifer) was wonderful when I came in to pick up my vehicle. Since the weather was awful, she started my car, pulled it around and cleaned my windows while I was checking out at the cashier. She was amazing and very friendly.

I was sent as a referral to Ray Dennis, he was awesome! I was at the dealership for awhile but it was not a problem. Ray took me through all the safety features of the car and showed me how to use everything and went over the owner?s manual. Joe was my finance manager and he was great as well. I will refer everyone who is in the market for a car to Rick Case Honda, I can't wait to be a continued customer and I will probably not go to another dealership. You can't find the service that Ray offered everywhere he even offered to come to my work to put my plates on when they arrive. I love my new car and glad I purchased it.
