Our Service visit was for a recall. We were pleasantly surprised at how apologetic everyone was for the inconvenience of having to bring our car in for the recall and never experienced any of the expected upselling of services we have experienced with recall visits with other automakers. We were very happy with every aspect of our interaction with the Hyundai staff and service department. Receiving a $20.00 gift card for our inconvenience was again an unexpected surprise and speaks volumes on how dedicated Hyundai is to providing excellent customer service. Our experience has been repeated to numerous friends and will certainly be a large part of any future automotive buying decisions we may make.
