Return Policy
- All returns require prior pre-approval; and an RMA will be issued.
- R.M.A. should be clearly written on outside of the box being returned.
- Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the buyer; with the following exceptions: parts warranty replacements, and if we have accidentally boxed and shipped you the wrong part. In both of those cases we will cover the shipping for you by the most economical means.
- No returns for special order and electrical items (opened or unopened).
- Any return parts must be in new saleable condition or no credit will be issued.
- 20% handling charge on all returns; with the following exceptions: parts warranty replacements or if we have accidentally boxed and shipped you the wrong item.
Warranty Information
The factory warranty constitutes all of the warranties with respect to the sale of this item/items. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this item.
