Gentlemen,
This is the first letter than I have written to a car dealer in my life! However, I did feel compelled to send you a quick note.
Over the past 30 years I have owned cars from BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes, Lexus, Infiniti, Toyota, Acura and Honda. But until 2010 I had never owned an Audi. In early 2010 I was very close to purchasing a BMW M3 sedan when I drove by your dealership and saw the new S4. Beautiful car. I stopped by the dealer and was met by a man who name did not match his stature: Stacey Settle. Stacey was pleasant and knowledgeable – but want he did best was quickly determined my personality type and matched his ‘sales’ process accordingly.
Following a brief test drive I custom order my 2010 S4 and took delivery a few months later. The car is fantastic – a perfect blend of aggressive speed when needed, comfort for four, fantastic looks and good gas mileage.
My wife Jolie, who also had never owned an Audi, quickly became a big fan and soon she traded in her gas guzzling Toyota Land Cruiser for a Q5. Despite trying for over a year to live without her third row of seats, she convinced me that she needed to trade up to a Q7. We sold our Q5 to a family friend who now loves the car as much as we do. Added bonus for us was the fact that the Q5 residual value for this sale exceeded our expectations.
Now the fun task of finding a 2012 White/Tan Q7 began. Despite what seemed to be a daunting task that was destined to take 4+ months, Stacey remained persistent, and in constant communication with us, and ultimately found the vehicle. Jolie now remains anxious to take delivery of her Q7 next week.
So the Hornyak family when from zero Audi’s to three Audis purchased in just 18 months. Stacey Settle is an outstanding representative of your company and product. I would also like to comment Claude Brackett. Dealing with the ‘finance guy’ at a car dealer is usually equivalent to a tooth extraction without Novocain... but Claude was the most professional, competent automobile finance professional I have ever worked with.
I have not hesitated to recommend Audi vehicles, Stacey and your dealership to friends and family. BTW... my 15 year old has already staked ‘claim’ on my S4 for his first car!
