For 2011, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety presented its TOP SAFETY PICK award to 66 2011 vehicles, the makeup of which included 40 cars, 25 SUVs, and 1 minivan. These vehicles were given this award based on their superior protection in front, side, rollover, and rear crashes during Institute testing and the presence of available electronic stability control. Among the winners were 3 Audi vehicles, all of which can be found at Gwinnett Audi.
In the Midsize Cars category, both the Audi A3 and Audi A4 took home an award. Meanwhile, the Audi Q5 received an award in the Midsize SUVs category.
